Celiac Disease - What is it?

Celiac Disease is an autoimmune disease cause by an incorrect immune response reaction to gluten. Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley and a host of process. Antibody tests are used primarily to aid in the diagnosis or to monitor Celiac Disease.

Symptoms Of Celiac Disease Include:

  • Unexplained Iron-Deficiency Anemia
  • Fatigue
  • Bone or Joint Pain

  • Osteoporosis or Osteopenia (bone loss)
