Fasting Required: NO food or drink except water for 8 hours prior to testing.*
CBC W/Diff/Platelet: measures red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin and hematocrit
CMP: Tests fluids in your body for electrolytes, sodium, potassium, sugar levels, kidney and liver function
Urinalysis Complete: Checks for Diabetes, Urinary Tract Infections, Kidney function, bacteria and paracites.
Lipid Panel: measures fatty substances in your body, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL & LDL.
DHEA: Dehydroepiandrosterone, most abundant hormone in the body, important for feeling your best. Effects sexual function.
Testosterone Free/Direct/Total: Measures how much testosterone is available in your body. It regulates sex drive (libido), bone mass, fat, muscle mass and strength, and the production of red blood cells and sperm.
PSA: Tests for cancer and potential infection in your body. It can also effect sperm mobility. *Do not participate in vigorous exercise and activities that stimulate or “jostle” the prostate, such as bike riding, motorcycling, and riding a horse, ATV, or tractor. Do not participate in sexual activity that involves ejaculation for 48 hours before your test.*
